Best brain food to practice theory test
I have only five days to practice theory test so I am trying to find some effective ways to remember so much information in a short period of time. I have tried to change my diet a bit to make my brain work faster. You are going to read about my own observations and conclusions, but bear in mind that there is no scientific evidence to confirm them. First of all, you have probably heard that nuts can help your mind work properly. I must say it is true, but I think some seeds work even better. Have you ever tried flaxseed? If you eat one tablespoon of ground flaxseed every day, you will soon notice you can concentrate much more easily and your concentration span is actually longer. Flaxseed contains large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, something your brain is made of, so this is probably the reason why it is so effective. I have also found out that sugar and caffeine bring only short-term effects. Actually, they can make you feel sleepy and exhausted afterwards. My intuition tells me to eat less but more frequently. Large meals are probably not the best choice because our body cannot absorb so much at once. Well, this is what I have found. As I have already mentioned, I have only a couple of days to practice theory test. I will have to find even more ways to accelerate the process.
